There are an incredible amount of things to do while in the Valley Forge Area. Our museum, of course, is at least a half-day visit!
--The Valley Forge Trail Medal can be earned by hiking the park and answering questions. Choose here to visit a page listing all of the trails in Pennsylvania including the Valley Forge Trail.
--The Valley Forge National Park has a visitors center, and driving and walking tours.
--The Valley Forge Historical Trail is a wonderful hike through portions of the park's 3500 acres. Call the historical society for more information at 610-783-1077
--We are just 30 minutes from Philadelphia and all of the historic sites.
--Shopping at the incredible King Of Prussia Mall complex is just 10 minutes away.
--The famous Reading Outlets are just 30 minutes away.
--The Valley Forge Office of the Cradle of Liberty Boy Scout Council (610-688-6900) is at the other edge of the National Park, just 5 minutes away. Their office includes a full Scout Shop. (http://www.colbsa.org/shops.asp?sm=11)
